Journals are an important part of any creative process. One is never enough as different projects require different journals:
- Annual project journal
- Dye journal
- Inspirational sketches
- Knitting journal
I happened upon these journals recently and thought they were the most attractive – perfect for fibre creations! The design comes from the The Royal School of Needlework. Their large Wall of Wool in vibrant rainbow colours is invaluable to the expert studio embroiderers who can use it to match the textiles they are restoring or conserving perfectly.
The cover is printed on foil paper, embossed then foil stamped (so a 3D feel), complemented by a luxury binding.
The journal has a pocket at the back for scraps, notes and receipts; two ribbon markers to help keep track of more than just idea; robust ivory text paper printed with lines so perfect for project journaling; and when you need to collect other notes or scraps of paper the magnetic side flap keeps everything neat and tidy.
Decorated cover, ruled pages, pocket ribbon and magnetic closure, 176 pages.
