The Netflix Cape. Handwoven elegant cape in super soft merino.
This original design cape is a very special piece. The fine merino yarn was entirely hand dyed in 9 different colour gradients inspired by the striped Netflix intro logo. Starting with avocado green, through teals and blues, into plum and chilli red.
Different twill treadlings and tie ups create a gorgeous pattern in black.
The cape rests on your shoulders as a casual coat, but can also be worn thrown over one side as a wrap. It can also be belted like a poncho garment. Perfect for an evening out, or snuggling on the sofa or deck. Merino offers incredible warmth while remaining very lightweight.
Pattern matched in the back. The seam has a Hong Kong finish in black that has been hand stitched to avoid loosening.
Merino wool comes from our Merino sheep and is renowned for its exceptional properties: its fantastic softness, durability, cooling/heating and breathability. The fibres of Merino are softer, finer and more sensitive than many other fibres – the main difference to other wools.
The cape has been hand washed and dried, then pressed.
